Burnt Toast is the youth ministry of Centenary United Methodist Church in Granville Ohio.  

Why Burnt Toast?  It's simple.  

In our over-booked and over-scheduled lives, it's easy to get "burned out," to become just another piece of burnt toast.  Burnt Toast Youth Ministries seeks to help students realign their priorities by putting Jesus Christ as their center. In so doing, we make good toast, out of burnt toast!

We are a community of youth from Granville, Newark, Heath, Alexandria and more.  

How do we do it?  At Burnt Toast Youth Ministries we strive to make everyone feel welcome, loved, and needed.  We are far more than a pizza party or social club.  We understand that teens have real issues, real problems, and they want real answers... even if they don't admit it.  

Every week teenagers can expect to learn and be challenged on life's toughest struggles.  Sin, sex, salvation, hatred, holiness, hostility, drugs, devil, dependency; no issue is taboo, because we are in a fight to save this generation from the deception of Satan.

 You can be you!

Burnt Toast Youth Ministries doesn't care how you dress, who you hang with, how often you go to church, how much trouble you have or haven't been in.  We are concerned with getting to know who you are and providing opportunities to grow in your relationship with God.

Here's what we know... God created you for a purpose; therefore, He has a plan for you.  Seems simple enough, right?  Not always. But we know that together we will explore, search out and experience God's plan for our lives.

Who says church is boring?

We have bi-monthly Life Groups, a Cars Ministry, Media Arts Ministry, Mission trips focused on disaster relief, Paint-Ball, Road Trips, Service Projects, Youth Conferences. There is something for everyone. 

Boring?... Not in this lifetime!
