• Purpose/Goal/Belief

  • The one constant has been our firm belief that

          prayer is the engine that drives the other

          ministries of the church, and as such, is at the

          heart of all service to Christ.

• A bit of History

     Following an adult Sunday Bible study class

     that focused on the dynamic prayer meetings

     of the Brooklyn Tabernacle in New York City,

     a small group of people at Centenary were

     inspired to begin meeting weekly on Wednesday

     evenings for the purpose of corporate prayer.
